📦 Delivery & Shipping

How can I track my order?

Visit our website and click on "Tracking Orders".

 

Enter your order number and email address to view your order status.

 

Can I change my delivery address?

You can change your shipping address within the same country while your order is still in production.

 

Log in to your account, go to "Orders", select the order, and update the shipping address on the order details page.

 

Once submitted, a support ticket will be automatically created and forwarded to our customer service team to update your address.

 

To ship to a different country, please email info@gainreels.com for shipping cost updates and possible limitations.

 

Note: Once your order is shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

 

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. Please choose your destination from the country dropdown list during checkout.

Shipping is available to: United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France

 

Order Total: Standard Shipping Expedited Shipping

$0 – $59.99: $10 $20

$60 and above: Free $20

$100 and above: —Free

 

Delivery delays may occasionally occur.

 

Shipping Times

Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

 

Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days

 

🔄 Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item?

You can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order:

 

Log in to your account and go to "Orders".

 

If you used Guest Checkout, click "Tracking Orders" to find your order.

 

If you’re unsure how you checked out, try both methods or email info@gainreels.com with your order details.

 

Return Conditions

Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with tags attached.

 

Shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable unless the item is damaged, defective, or mis-shipped.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and confirm the return, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.

 

For faulty or incorrect items, we will issue a full refund including shipping. Contact us or initiate a return from your account.

How do I place an order?

Click the cart icon and review your items.

 

Proceed to Checkout.

 

Checkout as a Guest or Sign In.

 

Confirm and complete your order.

 

When will I receive my order?

Orders are verified, checked, and packed within 1–3 business days.

Delays may occur during high order volumes. You’ll be notified by email or phone if there is a significant delay.

 

Missing or incorrect items

If you receive a wrong or missing item:

 

Notify us within 30 days of receipt.

 

We will issue a full refund, including shipping.

 

Contact us or request a return through your account.

Forgot your password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page to reset it.

 

If that doesn't work, contact us and we can help reset it for you.

 

To manually change your password:

 

Click "Sign In" and log in to your account.

 

Go to "Change Password", enter your new password, and save it.
